The Sports Fund is made up of the share of the annual profit allocated for sport by the Loterie romande to the canton of Valais, donations, possible legacies, as well as any other resources.
It is intended to support the development of sporting and physical activities in the canton. The Sports Fund is governed by federal and cantonal legislation.
